SENIOR ANALYTICS MANAGER (Marketing) - 12 Month FTC
HYBRID - WATFORD - 3 days a week in the office
THE COMPANY
A multinational entertainment business is currently looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to lead their marketing effectiveness which has been crucial for the organisation's success over the past few years!
THE ROLE
As a Senior Analytics Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Leading a team of four econometricians, providing direction, mentoring, and delivery oversight
* Running the quarterly MMM process, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable outputs
* Partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, and Product to guide investment decisions
* Commissioning and embedding new analytics tools to improve marketing measurement
* Delivering recommendations to the Marketing Leadership Team and C-suite
* Driving ad-hoc analytics projects across brand, participation, and demographic insight
* Ensuring alignment with agencies on marketing performance narratives
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The business is open to two profiles:
* Econometrics Specialist – Deep MMM expertise, potentially from an agency background, with the ability to translate technical outputs into commercial strategy.
* Marketing Analytics Specialist – Broad channel knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and commercially focused decision-making.
For both profiles, you must have:
* Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders, ideally at board level
* Hands-on involvement in marketing analytics projects
* Technical capability in SQL, Python, and/or R
BENEFITS
* Salary of £80,000–£85,000 plus bonus, depending on experience
* 12-month fixed term contract
