What you'll achieve Responsible for contacting customers in a practical manner to maximise the Stock Condition Surveyors appointment Route March across their region(s). Input all data onto Orbits’ core property systems-notably Active H and Microsoft Excel Customer engagement - Support the development and issuing/ implementation of customer correspondence by email, letter, phone, webinars, open days etc Responsibility of diary management, booking and monitoring Survey appointments for the Stock Condition Surveying Team. Typically, via Outlook and Excel Ensure that data, held on all Asset Management systems, is accurate and up to date and is managed in accordance with Orbits’ data management protocols, GDPR etc What you'll bring Essential skills Ability to set up and manage spreadsheets/databases, manipulate, and analyse data to support the production of reports to provide information to enable the scheduling process to be undertaken Experience of using a range of I.T. packages (including Excel, Access, Word. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint etc.) Experience of working in a customer focussed environment English and mathematics GCSE (or equivalent) Be a positive dynamic communicator.
