Job Overview We are looking to appoint someone to provide administration support, as part of the HR & Payroll function at Huish. The HR team provide general HR support and advice to the college and the schools which are part of the Richard Huish Multi Academy Trust. This role will be based within the HR Central Office which is situated at Richard Huish College. Whilst some HR experience would of course be helpful, it is absolutely not essential. We are looking for someone with strong administration skills (at least 1 years experience in an admin role), with good attention to detail and someone who will enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Good IT skills will be essential, particularly MS Word and MS Outlook, as well as having the ability to learn to use new systems quickly and confidently. This is a part-time role, which is 'term time only' (no working during the school holidays). The working pattern will be: 39 weeks per year 18.5 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days, with the start and finish times being relatively flexible during the normal working day (to be discussed at interview).
