We’re looking for a fluent German speaker to join our high-performing Sales team at EIMS, representing Decisions – a Norwegian-born, award-winning Microsoft add-on that transforms meetings from meh to magic.
What’s the product?
A next-gen meeting management SaaS tool that integrates directly with Microsoft Teams, helping Enterprise clients streamline agendas, document outcomes, and boost productivity. It’s fun, user-friendly, and makes a real difference – not your usual dry B2B tech. To learn more, check this video.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Qualify inbound leads and convert trials to paid subscriptions
* Manage and grow existing accounts – consult, upsell, and add value
* Keep deals moving through the pipeline with clear next actions
* Collaborate with teammates and client stakeholders to hit targets
* Work in a fast-paced, friendly, and professional sales environment
Work-life balance: Hybrid setup of 3 days in the office at our Bournemouth HQ in Richmond Hill and Mondays and Fridays remotely. For those with at least 1 year of SaaS experience, we can offer more flexibility with a fully remote role.
Inbound-Only Sales: Warm leads, no cold calls.

Who you are:
* Native-level German speaker & proficient in English
* At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience, including conducting demos and presentations
* High-energy, driven sales professional with strong business acumen
