We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Bar Manager to develop our epic team of Bartenders! People focused leadership is a non-negotiable for us. Youll be someone who thrives in building a talent pipeline and wants to see your teams evolve and grow.
Your responsibilities will include Managing stock, ensuring consistency for standards, and overseeing both the venue and your team. Additionally, youll Take charge of recruitment and development within your department, creating a powerhouse of talent.
