Our client requires a Caretaker to support the Premises Operations Manager in achieving the planning for building maintenance and projects.
Main Duties:
* Assist in ensuring buildings and site are secure
* Undertake routine maintenance work
* Maintenance of stock control system for materials and equipment
* Regular checks of systems such as heating, cooling, lighting and security (including CCTV and alarms)
* Assist in the completion of emergency repairs
* Portage duties, e.g. moving furniture etc
* Complete regular checks for health & safety of buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm with half an hour lunch break
Due to the nature of the site the successful candidate will need a DBS
