A leading environmental and ecological consultancy is looking to appoint a Consultant Ecologist to join their growing team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Consultant Ecologist to work with a respected consultancy delivering ecological and environmental solutions across infrastructure, development, transport, and public sector projects throughout the UK.

The Role
* Undertake ecological surveys and site assessments
* Assist with protected species surveys and reporting
* Support Biodiversity Net Gain and habitat management projects
* Produce technical reports and ecological documentation
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
* Support project delivery across the South East and wider UK
Requirements
* Experience working as a Consultant Ecologist or within ecological consultancy
* Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related discipline
* Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy
* Strong report writing and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence required
* Full right to work in the UK
* Must live in or near the Kent office location
* Protected species survey experience desirable
