Person specification
Finding the right character will be as important as relevant experience. This role is fast-paced – by other agency standards – and requires someone who can seize the initiative, while working with efficiency and pragmatism.
The agency welcomes new ideas and 'best practice' processes – however, the successful candidate must be flexible in completing tasks without the luxury of long-term forward planning.
A calm and professional manner is sought, as is a creative mind which can take an idea from thought to tangible media coverage. You will be comfortable presenting in front of clients but equally adept at working alone where circumstances dictate.
Interview process
The interview process will move quickly. Your first interview will be with the Director of Communications, who may contact you before the application deadline – if your CV impresses. Next, you will do a short assessment before meeting other members of the PR, Social Media and Marketing staff.
