We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Healthcare on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities may include:
* Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
* Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported
* Being a responsible key holder
* Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
* Producing weekly rotas following manager guidelines
* Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels
* Delegating tasks where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive
* Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Adhering to Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Cleaning Supervisor will have:
* Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
* Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service
* A team player with a can-do attitude
* The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
