We're looking for an
Operations Manager
to oversee our installation teams in the South West. Based in our Launceston office, you'll manage and coordinate field-based installers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to standard, and with great customer service.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing and supporting installation teams across renewables and retrofit projects
* Overseeing day-to-day scheduling, logistics, and project delivery
* Acting as a key customer contact to ensure smooth installations
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and industry standards
* Reporting on progress and resolving operational challenges
What we're looking for:
* Experience in domestic
construction, refurbishment, or retrofit
(essential)
* Knowledge of renewables (ASHP, Solar PV, IWI) – desirable but not essential
* Strong organisational and people management skills
* A customer-first approach with excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
