• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Understanding of medication management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to identify patient fragilities and recognise clinical risk, including signs of physical, emotional, or cognitive vulnerability.
• We welcome applicants from all healthcare settings, including acute, community, diagnostics, mental health, residential, fertility, outpatient, and rehabilitation.
What’s In It for You?
• Competitive salary (up to £45,000) with clear career progression.
• 28 days annual leave plus your birthday off.
• Ongoing professional development and accredited training.
• Enjoy flexible shift patterns across 4–5 days over a 7-day period, with the ability to shape your own schedule, plus opportunities to enhance your earnings through overtime.
• Access a comprehensive Medicash health plan, providing cashback on everyday healthcare costs and additional wellbeing benefits.
• Supportive, values-driven environment where success is recognised.
• Modern, purpose-built facilities with exceptional free on-site meals.
• Slower-paced, rewarding role offering the chance to grow, develop, and make the role your own.
• Be part of a unique, forward-thinking company where you can truly thrive.
