We are looking for an Administrator to join their busy and growing operation in West Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, dealing with customers and all aspects of warehouse administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers professionally via telephone and email.
* Process all stock movements accurately and in a timely manner for customers.
* Produce, check, file, and maintain warehouse documentation to support stock control.
* Sort out proof of deliveries.
* Deal with customer queries via phone and email.
* Recognise and respond to individual customer needs in a timely manner.
* General admin duties.
Qualifications
* Ideally have worked within a warehouse admin role.
* Previous experience of working directly with customers or clients.
* Good attention to detail, numerical ability and teamwork skills.
