What you'll be doing:
* Leading, coaching and supporting around 26 Store Managers and 200 colleagues across your region
* Driving strong sales performance, operational excellence and customer experience in every store
* Using data and insight to spot trends, identify opportunities and turn plans into action
* Building confident, capable store leadership teams through coaching, succession planning and development
* Championing colleague engagement, wellbeing, apprenticeships and talent development
* Ensuring high standards of compliance across operations, EHS and audits
* Managing payroll, shrinkage and controllable costs to maximise commercial outcomes
* Working closely with central teams including Commercial, HR, Supply and Marketing
