They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Uxbridge team, overseeing projects across London and the South. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will join a collaborative, supportive environment with a clear progression route to Commercial Director. Key Responsibilities * Manage project costs, budgets, cost planning, forecasting, and financial reporting on commercial developments * Prepare, manage, and analyse Bills of Quantities (BOQs) * Lead sub-contract procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts * Provide commercial insight, advice, and accurate reporting to senior management * Work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and the wider supply chain * Support the ongoing development of commercial processes, systems, and best practice Candidate Requirements * Proven experience as a lead QS within a main contractor environment, ideally on commercial projects * Strong BOQ preparation and management capabilities * Excellent cost reporting, financial analysis, and commercial awareness (JCT experience essential) ...
