GSL Education are collaborating with schools across Sheffield, including the S2 and S3 areas, to appoint a motivated Computer Science Teacher who delivers engaging and relevant lessons. As a Computer Science (CS) Teacher, you will support learners in understanding computing concepts, developing logical thinking, and building confidence with technology in an ever-changing digital world. In the role, you will: Deliver clear and well-structured lessons covering core computing topics. Support students with coding, computational thinking, and digital literacy. Encourage independent learning and curiosity around technology. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. Maintain a focused and positive classroom environment. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as a Computer Science Teacher in a school setting. Strong subject knowledge and confident classroom management skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
