The opportunity to help support other Sodexo Live venues throughout Scotland and the UK Main Responsibilities Welcoming guests in a friendly and efficient manner Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience Completing the Bar Cleaning Check Lists for Pre-Opening, during service and close-down of the Bar Product knowledge in our venues Serve wine, beer beverages responsibly Imputing orders onto the Till System and processing the card payments Ensuring that we are always working within the licensing laws Taking pride in the attention of detail of drink presentation Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area Empty glass and general waste bins, taking them to bin area at the end of shift Ideal Candidate Must be over 18 Previous hospitality or busy bar experience essential Thrives on working in a fast-paced environment.
