We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and best practices.
* Develop new recipes and menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
* Foster a positive team environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting or similar hospitality environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage a diverse team effectively.

Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
