Café Manager – Primrose Hill | Daytime Hours. We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Coffee Shop Manager to lead our vibrant team at Alma Primrose Hill Rd. What you\'ll do: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe and ensure everything runs smoothly. Maintain a high-energy environment with top-quality service, a warm welcome, and happy regulars. Inspire, manage, and motivate your team. Stay on top of stock and orders and keep the cafe tidy. Work alongside the team during busy times.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day cafe operations to ensure smooth service.
* Maintain high energy, excellent customer service, and friendly welcome for all customers.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate the team.
* Monitor stock, place orders, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
* Collaborate with the team during busy periods to ensure service levels remain high.
Qualifications
* Passion for coffee, food, and sport.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
* Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
