Location: Midlands - however sites up and down UKI and travel required when needed
We are seeking a dynamic HR Director to within our ML leadership team to lead strategic HR initiatives that drive business performance.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Drive execution of HR strategies and policies aligned with organisational objectives
* Provide expert HR guidance and strategic consulting, leveraging specialist knowledge and team collaboration where required
* Lead delivery of core HR services through direct teams or Centres of Expertise, ensuring a comprehensive HR service portfolio for the business
* Champion continuous process improvement, adapting and optimising HR processes to meet evolving organisational needs
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements while implementing HR policies that reflect internal standards and external best practices
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding business priorities and influencing decisions to support organisational success
* Foster strong, collaborative relationships with DHL leadership, building trust and credibility across all levels
* Engage extensively with cross-functional specialist teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience
* Proven leadership with 5+ years of progressive experience
* Expertise in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations, driving a positive and compliant workplace culture
* Strong capability in Performance Management, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
* In-depth knowledge of Policies, Compliance, and Employment Law
* Experience in Organisational Design and Strategy, supporting business transformation and growth
* Comprehensive understanding of DHL business operations, processes, and strategic objectives
* Advanced skills in Stakeholder Management, building trust and influencing at senior levels
* Proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes effectively
* Demonstrated People Management experience, leading and developing high-performing teams
