Role: Paid Media Specialist
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40k (DOE)
I'm working with a leading digital agency client in Milton Keynes who are looking to hire a talented Paid Media Specialist to join their growing performance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid hands-on paid media experience who's ready to take ownership of campaigns across a mix of exciting B2B and B2C clients.
The Role:
* Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and reporting to ensure strong ROI
* Develop creative testing strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates
* Collaborate with account managers, creatives, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns
* Provide regular reporting and insights, making data-led recommendations
* Keep up to date with platform updates, paid media trends, and competitor activity
About You:
1. 2-3 years' hands-on experience in paid search (PPC) and paid social
2. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
