The Role
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of modern agricultural machinery, working with some of the most respected brands in the industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing agricultural machinery including tractors and sprayers
Ensuring all machinery meets manufacturer specifications and is safe for use
Maintaining accurate service and repair records
Installing and demonstrating machinery for customers when required
Working closely with service and workshop managers to meet demanding timelines
Travelling to customer sites within the local depot area (full UK driving licence required)The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will have:
A Level 3 qualification in Land Based Engineering or an equivalent qualification (HGV, Waste Plant, Plant, Construction, or similar)
Previous experience working with agricultural machinery
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work overtime during peak agricultural seasons
A commitment to ongoing training, including manufacturer-specific coursesWhat’s on Offer
