The key thing for this firm is client care and demonstrating an understanding of how an injury impacts all facets of a persons life.Not only that - but this firm also offers a competitive salary, benefits package, career opportunities and hybrid working.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to run an existing caseload made up of employers' liability and public liability (EL/PL) claims plus occupiers liability and RTA matters. Your other responsibilities will include:
* financial management of cases and archiving.
* taking responsibility for personal development and CPD training requirements.
* keeping up to date with developments in law and procedure.
* supervision of a Paralegal, depending on your level of experience.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will be a Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years post qualification experience (PQE). You should also be able to demonstrate:
* experience of EL/PL/OL and RTA claims work.
* good working knowledge of relevant law and procedure.
* legal analysis and research skills
* business development/marketing/networking experience, including the use of social media to support your role.
