Warehouse, Dispatch & Quality Operative
Our Winsford site is looking for a Warehouse, Dispatch & Quality Operative to join the team. This role emphasises efficient storage and organisation of parts, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers, and maintaining quality standards vital to our business’s final quality control phase.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
10. Receive goods in from Dismantling and check operating standards, quality and appearance all match our inventory and stock control systems and databases
11. Ensure all second-hand parts are visually checked to determine whether the part needs regrading or is suitable for resale, reconditioning, export, scrap or surplus to requirements in accordance with agreed standards/processes (VRA)
12. Ensure all parts are cleaned, imaged, packaged & tagged as required
13. Ensure all parts are physically located in the appropriate stores location and the database updated accordingly
14. Use a LKQ SYNETIQ vehicle to complete short trips between our local sites
15. Guarantee the fulfilment of all customer orders within set SLAs, picking parts and moving these to the correct area for dispatch to the customer
16. Ensure the stock taking process is followed and up to date, stock movements are processed, any damaged or redundant parts are removed from shelves and the database updated accordingly
17. Ensure returned parts are processed to determine if the part is suitable for resale, regrading or disposed of
18. Utilise integrated systems and standards to enable all orders to be fulfilled to our customers, ensuring each item to undergo stringent quality control
19. Fully understand and utilise integrated systems within the business to achieve the overall processing of orders including Frontier software, TSD and BigChange
20. Ensure SLA adherence for all orders, prioritising selected customers to assist in delivery of business model
21. Work closely with stock controllers and planners to assist in all operational requirements

22. Experience of working in a similar environment
23. Applicant must hold FULL UK driving license
24. Safety Awareness in Manual Handling
25. Ability to visually identify common faults
26. Lift and handle heavy weights in a safe manner
27. Work outdoors in all weather
