Main duties
* Manage a portfolio of clients, meeting their requirements and maximising fee income.
* Oversee the production of clients’ personal tax computations.
* Plan, control, and review work carried out by team members to ensure timely delivery within budget.
* Respond to tax queries from Partners/Directors/Managers.
* Carry out consultancy work when required.
* Attend client meetings where appropriate.
* Design and implement standard letters and systems to improve the efficiency of the Tax Department.
* Identify opportunities for relevant advisory work with existing clients.

* ICAS, ACA or CTA qualified with Tax experience in practice
* Varied, practical and technical tax knowledge
* Positive, enthusiastic approach
* Ability to train junior staff
* Proficiency in IT packages (Excel, tax software, Word)
* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Problem solving and decision making
