Marketplace Associate - Fast-Growing Consumer Brand
Full-time | £30,000-£40,000 | London (hybrid, 4 days in-office)
Join a fast-moving, founder-led consumer brand that's redefining how people play and connect. We design, launch, and grow products sold globally through leading online marketplaces - and we're looking for a Marketplace Associate to help take our next stage of growth to new heights.
The Role
This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who loves both growth and operations. You'll help expand into new marketplaces, optimise how we launch products, and use AI tools and automation to streamline processes.

What You'll Do
* Grow and expand marketplaces: Support our presence across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart and identify emerging platforms to launch on (eBay, Mercado Libre, etc.).
* Launch products: Refine the product launch process, coordinating assets, listings, and stock for smooth go-lives.
* Optimise processes: Run ad hoc projects to improve efficiency - from reporting automation to AI-driven workflow tools.
* Analyse performance: Track marketplace KPIs, create reports in Google Sheets, and identify opportunities to boost sales or efficiency.
* Take ownership: Over time, own parts of the marketplace P&L - making data-led decisions that directly impact growth.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with operations, design, and finance to ensure everything from listings to logistics runs seamlessly.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* 1-3 years' experience in marketplace management, eCommerce, or growth
* Strong analytical and organisational skills - confident using Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
* Great communicator with strong soft skills and attention to detail.
* Curious, proactive, and excited by the potential of AI and automation in business.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with plenty of autonomy.
Desirable:
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, or Walmart Marketplace.
* Familiarity with smaller or niche marketplaces (eBay, Mercado Libre).
* Exposure to tools like Slack and Asana.
* Evidence of taking ownership of a process, project, or commercial outcome and improving it.
