The Role:
As an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across a range of roles. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, you’ll take ownership of the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a seamless hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions and levels.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
* Create engaging job adverts and post across relevant platforms.
* Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and local networks.
* Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
* Manage the candidate experience and employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
* Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a talent acquisition or internal recruitment role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Confident using recruitment tools and platforms
* A proactive approach and ability to manage your own workload.
* Understanding of employment best practices and relevant legislation.
* Passion for people and a keen eye for talent.
* Based locally or within a commutable distance to the North Coast of Cornwall.
* A valid UK driver’s licence and access to transport – occasional travel may be required between sites or to attend events.
* Creative approach to content and communication, especially across social platforms like LinkedIn or Instagram.
* Familiarity with employer branding or talent marketing campaigns.
