We are seeking a Clinical Lead to join our team at Woodlands Rehabilitation Service in York. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse or allied health professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to adults with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, severe neurological conditions, complex stroke, and spinal cord injury.

* This role involves providing clinical supervision to further develop competence and clinical practice, acting as a mentor/preceptor to students/support workers or health care assistants, and supervising junior staff in carrying out their care plans.
* You will also be responsible for ensuring the effective supervision and development of staff, maintaining and updating relevant knowledge and skills, and participating in further training as appropriate.
* Another key aspect of this role is assisting the Ward Manager in ensuring that regular reviews are held for each patient, in accordance with the placing authority's wishes and/or according to company policies and guidelines.
* You will work closely with the Discharge Community Liaison Coordinator to ensure timely discharge/transfer of patients.

* We are looking for someone with a current NMC Pin registration and a legal right to work in the UK.
* You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
