HR Assistant Business Partner
Location: Stirling (Hybrid)

Salary: £36,066 - £39,282
We are partnering with Stirling Council to find a HR Assistant Business Partner to join their People and Community Wellbeing team. The key responsibilities include:
1. Providing professional HR advice and guidance to Managers, trade unions, and colleagues in designated service areas.
2. Collaborating with HR colleagues across services to ensure seamless delivery and share best practices.
3. Applying consistent HR policies, processes, and procedures in compliance with employment legislation.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a generalist HR role, supporting and advising on HR matters in an operational setting. You should possess up-to-date employment law knowledge and be CIPD qualified at Associate Level.
