Working alongside the Talent Team as well as the wider People Team, you'll help Paradigm thrive as an employer of choice.
* Respond promptly and professionally to Learning related enquiries, delivering excellent service to both internal and external contacts.
* Manage the Learning inbox and answer employee queries on topics like course attendance, Mandatory e-learning and specific training requests.
* Manage booking of training courses and events, including invoices and purchase orders for the Talent team.
* Coordinate internal and external training events, supporting the Talent Team with training logistics and participant communications.
* Manage mandatory training compliance, ensuring records are up to date and providing reminders to employees and managers.
* Update and maintain accurate records in the Learning system, processing changes for starters, leavers, and internal moves.
* Work with the team to maximise system capabilities, reducing administrative tasks and improving the user experience for employees and managers.
Reporting & Systems Management:
* Produce and interpret reports for L&D to help inform decision-making and track performance.
* Ensure that the Learning Management system and training records are well-maintained and user-friendly for employees and managers.
About You:
You ‘ll need to be available to start with us soon – ideally in August or early September 2025. You should be customer focused with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Key Skills and Experience
* Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR, Talent or a related area.
