Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Salesforce programmes within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role requires a strong blend of programme governance, Salesforce platform knowledge, and leadership capability, with responsibility for driving end-to-end delivery across multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programmes from initiation through go-live and stabilisation
* Manage multiple workstreams including:
o Configuration and custom development
o Integrations and data migration
o Testing and deployment
* Define and manage programme plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
* Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, quality, and timelines
* Provide oversight across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
* Collaborate with Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, QA, and delivery teams
* Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and leadership
* Lead governance forums, steering committees, and decision-making sessions
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID management)
* Drive programme reporting, including executive-level dashboards and updates
* Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements
* Oversee Agile/SAFe delivery including sprint and release planning
* Manage vendors, partners, and distributed delivery teams (onshore/offshore)
* Own programme financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Key Skills:
* 8+ years’ experience in Salesforce Project/Programme Management
* Proven track record delivering large-scale, enterprise Salesforce programmes
* Strong understanding of:
o Salesforce platform and multi-cloud delivery
o Integration with ERP, billing, and enterprise systems
o Data migration, UAT, and go-live planning
* Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
* Strong experience managing programme risks, governance, and delivery performance
