About the Role
We are seeking a Nursery Teaching Assistant to support an Outstanding Nursery school in the Bognor Regis area. This role is flexible in terms of days and hours you may be needed. You would need experience of being in a nursery school and supporting infants and babies with their first steps in learning.

Supporting infants and babies in small group activities
Being creative and modelling conversations and skills
Supporting children in their first English and maths steps
Encouraging students to build independence, confidence, and resilience.
Adapting resources and learning to support those that need extra support
What Were Looking For
A level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience of working in a nursery setting
Some experience using tapestry would be an advantage
An empathetic approach that fosters self-belief and confidence
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
