Job Title: EHS System Super User (Data Steward & System Administrator)
Location: Poland or UK
We are seeking a versatile professional to serve as both Data Steward and System Administrator, responsible for managing the integrity, security, and performance of organizational data and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
* Develop and maintain data dictionaries, catalogs, and taxonomies.
* Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
* Conduct regular data audits and implement data privacy policies (e.g., GDPR).
* Support data migration, transformation, and validation processes.
* Train staff on data management best practices.
* Document system configurations and IT policies.
* Support remote access and secure connectivity for users.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in data management and IT system administration.
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and privacy regulations.
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data analysis tools is nice to have.
* Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and security systems.
Preferred Certifications:
* Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
* Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
* AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
* Project management and multitasking capabilities
