* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
Skills
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accuracy in record keeping.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
