More about the role: Leisure Focus is recruiting for the position of Duty Manager at Braywick Leisure Centre in Maidenhead. Reporting into the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for Day-to-day operation of the center including health and safety, Providing excellent customer experience Financial procedures and Leading, managing and training recreation staff. (Each Duty Manager post is subject to its own agreed responsibilities) More about you: The successful candidate should have a depth of knowledge, skills and experience of leisure centre operations and experience of working in a busy leisure environment. Excellent communication skills, flexibility and a commitment to customer service are essential. Successful applicants will be provided with full training in all aspects of this role. (It is desirable, not essential to hold a current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) and Pool Plant Operators) You will need a flexible approach to work being open to working shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
