Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Duration: Temp to perm/ ongoing contract

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting operations.
The Role:
Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the electrical team and ensure the smooth delivery of electrical fit‑out and assembly work on commercial trailers and associated products. This is a hands‑on supervisory role within a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support the electrical installation team on a daily basis
* Oversee wiring, fitting, and testing of electrical systems on trailers
* Ensure all work is completed to required specifications and quality standards
* Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
* Allocate workload and support production planning where required
* Maintain high standards of health and safety across the department
* Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
* Assist with fault finding and technical problem solving
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in an electrical supervisory or senior electrician role
* Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and installations
* Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic ability
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
* Good knowledge of health and safety practices
