Job Description
Payroll and HR Executive
* Payroll and compliance assistance - submitting changes to the payroll, processing invoices
* Updating employee records
* Onboarding and offboarding new starters and leavers
* Prepare payroll data ready of internal and external audit
* Supporting the wider HR / Payroll team with any further administration
* Calculating changes of statutory payments such as sickness, maternity, paternity etc.
The Successful Applicant
Payroll and HR Executive
* Happy to work on a hybrid office pattern
* Looking to develop and grow their knowledge within a shared Payroll and HR department
* The ability to multitask and carry strong communication
* Proactive, resilient and at times self sufficient
