Banking Solicitor (Associate / Senior Associate) Location: Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham Firm: Leading National Law Firm Circa £68,000 - £95,000 We are working in partnership with a highly regarded national law firm to recruit an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor (Associate / Senior Associate level) to join its growing Asset Based Lending (ABL) and wider Banking team. Quality banking and finance work You will advise on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, with a particular focus on Asset Based Lending, including: Drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents (LMA and non-LMA) Advising on intercreditor arrangements Acting for both lenders and borrowers, including back-to-back structures Supporting on corporate acquisitions and refinancing transactions Portfolio/in-life work including waivers, resets and restatements Developing and maintaining precedent documentation Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers You will be involved in the full transaction lifecycle and encouraged to participate in client development and business growth initiatives.
