Salary: Circa £60,000-£70,000.00 OTE (depending on experience)

*Overview*
Due to continued growth, Satchell Moran Solicitors is seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join our expanding department. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to manage high-quality, varied work in a supportive and progressive environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage a caseload of Medical Negligence cases from inception to settlement or trial
* Undertake investigations, obtain expert evidence, draft pleadings, and handle litigation
* Vet and risk-assess new cases and enquiries
* Liaise with clients, experts, and external stakeholders
* Work proactively to meet deadlines and targets
* Contribute to the growth and development of the department
*Requirements*
* Minimum 5 years’ experience handling Medical Negligence claims (including litigated matters)
* Strong billing history
* Proficient in Proclaim Case Management
* Excellent communication, organisation, and client-care skills
* Advocacy experience beneficial but not essential
