As an Inside Sales Rep. you will be responsible for nurturing your current portfolio while seeking out new opportunities, in detail:
* Ownership of the full sales process from initial contact to close.
* Maintain client relationships and actively up and cross-sell with current clients
* Convert incoming leads and build your network by making new contacts and connections with potential clients
* Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns as well as customer service on active orders
* Ensure all data is up to date and reporting/forecasting is completed within deadlines
Requirements:
* 3 years experience in a hunter sales role managing the full sales cycle
* Industry experience in manufacturing/production – B2B
* Distribution sales experience
* Fluent in English + German
* Strong negotiation skills
