Job Description
1. Design and develop tooling, fixtures, layouts, and process improvements using 3D CAD modeling
2. Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality, throughput, and equipment reliability
3. Support and lead maintenance-related efforts, including equipment upgrades, preventative maintenance initiatives, and downtime reduction
4. Improve manufacturing processes through standard work, work instructions, and process documentation
5. Support new product introductions by ensuring manufacturability and smooth process transitions
6. Analyze production and equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities
7. Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
8. Provide hands‑on engineering support on the shop floor as needed

The Successful Applicant
9. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
10. Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software in a manufacturing environment
11. Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects in production settings
12. Background working closely with-or leading-maintenance functions within manufacturing
13. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, assembly, or automation
14. Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologies
15. Comfortable balancing design work with hands‑on shop‑floor execution
16. Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams

17. Base salary $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
