We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a small, friendly, but close-knit team, and to be the
go-to person for all things finance. This is a stand-alone role where you can really take ownership and be trusted to get on with things. Y

Your responsibilities:
* Managing daily bank receipts and allocations
* Running weekly supplier payments
* Handling aged debtors and credit control
* Raising sales invoices and processing purchase invoices
* Investigating purchase price variances and resolving queries
* Uploading supplier payments, reconciling in ClearBooks
* Supporting with ad-hoc finance tasks, projects and analysis
Requirements:
* Experience working as a Bookkeeper + relevant qualifications/part-qualified
* Comfortable working autonomously, responsible
* Happy to do the mundane tasks as much as the bigger projects
* Confident, resilient, team player
* High attention to detail, meticulous
* Experience in ClearBooks, Xero or similar accounts software
* Happy working Monday–Friday, office-based
The role:
* Permanent
* Immediate start
* 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
* Office-based / not remote
* Own car/transport (Office location not easily accessible by public transport)
* Unlimited holiday (agreed around business needs)
