What you will be doing
1. Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards
2. Ensure that all the preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service
3. Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice
4. Ensuring that the designated sections are cleaned and organized
5. Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food
6. Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development
7. Comply with all health and safety regulations of Bankside
We are looking for someone who…
8. Has interest in culinary and cooking
9. Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience
10. Pays attention to detail
11. Strong communication and organizational skills
12. Good level of English
