Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the British Curriculum for KS1 and KS2 students.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment to promote student learning and participation.
* Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of all students.
* Assess and track student progress, providing timely feedback and reports to ensure ongoing development.
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members to enhance the educational experience.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to foster a robust school community.
* Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and implementation.
* Adhere to safeguarding policies and practices to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in a primary setting, particularly in KS1 and KS2.
* Strong understanding of the British education system and effective teaching methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for teaching and dedication to student success and development.
* Willingness to start immediately and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
