Role overview We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media & Marketing Executive to support the delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across the Taylor Maxwell Group. This role combines digital marketing, content creation, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement, playing a key part in enhancing brand visibility and supporting commercial objectives. The successful candidate will manage social media channels, produce high-quality marketing content, and collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, as well as external partners such as industry bodies and collaborators. They will also contribute to the planning and execution of events and campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all social touchpoints. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to an organised and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a w illingness to travel to other offices and for events when required. Duties & responsibilities - Manage Taylor Maxwell Groups social media platforms (Taylor Maxwell, Taylor Maxwell Timber, SBS Cladding and Vobster Architectural, including content planning, creation, editing, scheduling, and performance tracking - Collaborate closely with the sales team to align social media marketing initiatives with business objectives - Create and deliver social media training for sales staff, including development of staff training materials - Produce written and video case studies, as well as obtaining client testimonials - Oversee photography and videography for marketing use - Manage document and imagery platform (e.g. Goodreader) - Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns - Explore advertising and public relations activity - Explore and execute business collaborations and partnerships - Engage with external stakeholders, including architectural societies, awards bodies, and industry associations - Plan and deliver events, including coordinating with showrooms to create an events schedule - Create and manage manufacturer event partnership packages and drive sign-ups - Support the Junior Marketing Manager on exhibitions and large-scale events - Provide support for conferences supporting the PA where required - Provide reception cover at head office during periods of holiday or absence - Undertake any other duties as required by the Head of Marketing and senior teams in support of departmental objectives Who are we looking for?
