Operating across 27+ countries and partnering with leading retailers, this dynamic business provides end-to-end solutions—from sales and marketing to logistics and compliance—to help beauty brands scale successfully.
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and commercially sharp Sales Account Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio that includes a key UK B&M retailer (e.g., Boots or similar), an EU retail account, and a Pure Player. This role offers the chance to own strategic growth, build long-lasting partnerships, and drive meaningful impact across high-profile retailers in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive year-on-year sell-out growth and achieve monthly sell-in targets across UK and EU retailers.
* Forecast stock demand for core lines, new product development (NPD), and seasonal launches.
* Lead joint business planning and own financial management of accounts, including budgets, investments, and overdue resolution.
* Negotiate annual contracts and secure favourable commercial terms and investment.
* Build and deliver account-specific strategies aligned with brand and retailer goals.
* Secure NPD listings and promotional support through compelling retail pitches and activation plans.
* Ensure strong in-store and digital execution with focus on visibility, availability, and brand standards.
* Maintain close, collaborative relationships with B&M retail partners, Pure Players, and EU accounts.
* Analyse category and SKU performance to shape commercial strategy and identify growth opportunities.
* Present regular performance updates to internal stakeholders and brand partners.
* Work cross-functionally with operations, brand, PR, and marketing teams to deliver aligned execution.
* Monitor industry trends, brand rankings, and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven account management or sales experience in prestige beauty or consumer goods.
* Prior experience managing a key UK B&M retailer (e.g., Boots or similar) is essential.
* Strong Excel and forecasting skills—able to build, interpret, and adapt commercial plans from data.
* Highly numerate with sound financial judgment; confident handling budgets, performance metrics, and investment planning.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset—can turn data into clear actions.
* Energetic and passionate about the beauty industry, thrives in fast-paced environments.
* Confident communicator and skilled negotiator who builds trust and influence with retail partners.
* Highly organised, capable of managing multiple accounts, launches, and seasonal campaigns, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with precision.
