The role This is a predominantly clinical role (around 80%), reflecting our focus on delivering outstanding patient care. Alongside your clinical responsibilities you will: Provide direct line management to Nursing team members Support effective patient management across the Hospital Coach, mentor and develop Nurses, fostering confidence and capability Work collaboratively with the leadership and clinical teams to deliver high- quality patient care With new Specialists joining the team, you’ll gain exposure to a growing range of complex referral cases, supporting your continued clinical development and expanding your skillset.
