Reach your full potential as a part time Support Worker in Quarriers Homelife Ayr Adult Supported Living Your new opportunity At Quarriers Homelife Ayr, we support adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes. This is a flexible, community-based role where no two days are the same. As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside the people we support to help them live the life they choose. This can include: Supporting with daily routines and personal care Helping people access their local community and stay connected Encouraging independence and building confidence Supporting with appointments, activities, and day-to-day tasks Working pattern : We require people who are available to work a variety of shifts to support individual needs, shifts include, day, evenings, sleepovers and weekends. Rota&39;s are completed 4-6 weeks in advance where possible. We are offering 20 - 30 hour per week, permanent contracts. We’re looking for people who: Are caring, reliable, and respectful Have a genuine interest in supporting others Can work flexibly across a range of shifts Hold (or are willing to work towards) relevant training A full driving licence is preferred due to the nature of the role and community-based support.
