How you’ll support our purpose: You’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our Head Office and branch network by providing high-quality administrative and reception support. Whether managing contractors, welcoming visitors, overseeing facilities, or supporting business functions across departments, your proactive, professional approach ensures the workplace runs smoothly, safely, and in line with company expectations. By upholding high standards, coordinating logistics, and delivering essential services behind the scenes, you’ll help keep our people productive and our environments operational – enabling eurochange to deliver trusted, seamless service to our customers. What you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis: Provide administrative support to all departments, prioritising and managing a varied workload Maintain accurate documentation including collation, archiving, and disposal of sensitive materials Assist with ordering, receiving, and managing deliveries, particularly bulk stock for branch rollouts Manage waste control and recycling processes, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation Complete regular checks and reporting to support maintenance, safety, and compliance Provide a professional and friendly front-of-house service for all visitors and stakeholders Answer phones, handle queries, and redirect communications as appropriate Act as a keyholder for designated Head Office buildings, supporting access and security protocols Support the upkeep of Head Office facilities, including arranging repairs and working with contractors Ensure fire alarms, emergency lighting, and other safety systems are tested regularly Coordinate CCTV monitoring and repair requests for both Head Office and branch locations Assist in the preparation and coordination of new branch openings, ensuring required resources are in place Ensure building facilities and amenities remain compliant, clean, and safe Coordinate meeting room schedules, supplies, and general housekeeping duties Complete all Health & Safety, security, and compliance-related checks in line with policy Maintain confidentiality and compliance with Data Protection and AML requirements Support audits, inspections, and legal obligations as required Escalate risks or non-compliance promptly to line manager or relevant team Provide flexible support to other members of the Real Estate, Facilities, and Admin team as needed Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver professional, efficient service Assist with logistics and documentation for branch openings, projects, or office initiatives Desired Experience and Skills Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or facilities coordination role Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage varied workloads Professional approach when liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and external visitors Familiarity with general H&S, data protection, and compliance procedures Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office systems Attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service Proactive attitude and willingness to support across teams Able to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity Our Perks are out of this world!
