Mega Glass is a manufacturer of architectural glass (showers, wall panels, balustrades, mirrors etc) for the building industry. We are looking for a Trainee Paint Sprayer to join our Paint Shop team. Mega Glass produces an exceptionally high quality product, and if selected, you will be welcomed in to a growing team who are dedicated and committed to excellence.
The team back sprays glass to client specification with coloured paints, sparkles, metallics and other specialist finishes. We are looking for someone with a keen attitude and a very good eye who can learn our techniques and procedures and develop themselves in to a fully trained Paint Sprayer.
Experience is not necessary, but both focus and concentration are the key attributes that are required in order to join the Mega Glass team. We are fast-paced, energetic and we are continuously striving for better.
The hours for this position are 07:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
The job does involve some heavy lifting using industry-approved manual handling techniques for which full training will be given.
Trainees must:
* Understand the importance of following procedures and factory disciplines
* Understand that this is a job that requires concentration, focus and that there is manual handling involved
* Able to easily read a tape measure in mm
* Must be able to read/speak English to a good level
