Our client is a fully independent Chartered Financial Advisory firm based in Chester, passionate about Financial Planning, providing impartial expert advice across Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Pensions & Retirement Planning, and Inheritance Tax.
We are urgently seeking a Paraplanner to join an existing team supporting multiple Advisers within the business. You will work closely with the Advisory team to design, develop, and implement comprehensive financial plans that exceed clients' expectations.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
1. Preparing analysis of clients' existing portfolios
2. Providing technical support to Advisers
3. Completing calculations (e.g., income tax, IHT, Capital Gains Tax, Lifetime Allowance, Pension Annual Allowance, Carry Forward, Chargeable Gains, Cashflow Modelling, etc.)
4. Researching and formulating appropriate advice in collaboration with the Adviser
5. Preparing Recommendation Reports and supplementary documentation
6. Adhering to Innes Reid's compliance procedures, core values, and maintaining high standards of client service
7. Liaising regularly with product providers, account managers, and clients
8. Developing and maintaining knowledge of financial products and markets to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs
Ideally, we are seeking a fully qualified and experienced Paraplanner with 3-4 years of experience. However, we will consider candidates who are partially through completing their Diploma, provided they have some hands-on experience in Paraplanning and/or Report Writing.
